Terms and Conditions – Real Fiber Brows
Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all activities, transactions, and legal relationships
between Real Fiber Brows and its customers, both through the website
(www.realfiberbrows.com) and offline services. This includes all products, online courses
on semi-permanent eyebrow implantation, and any other products provided by Real Fiber
Brows. By accessing this website or using our services, you are deemed to have read,
understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Contract Language
The language used for all agreements, communications, and contractual documents is
English. If translations in other languages are provided, the English version shall prevail
legally.
Exclusion of the Indonesian E-Commerce Act
The provisions of Law No. 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE
Law) and its implementing regulations shall only apply insofar as they do not conflict with
these Terms and Conditions. Real Fiber Brows expressly states that all legal relationships and
transactions are subject to written agreements made between Real Fiber Brows and the
customer, and not solely through digital interactions on the website.
Offer and Acceptance
All information, prices, and promotions on the website are non-binding and subject to
change at any time. A binding agreement is only established after Real Fiber Brows confirms
the customer’s order or transaction in writing (via email, official WhatsApp, or digital
invoice). Real Fiber Brows reserves the right to refuse any order or service if there is an
indication of health risks, procedural incompatibility, or other professional considerations.
Prices and Payment Terms
• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include taxes where applicable, unless
stated otherwise.
• Payments must be made using the official payment methods available on our website.
• Services will only be scheduled or shipped after full payment has been received.
• Real Fiber Brows reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice. The
applicable price is the one displayed at the time of ordering.
